PUMCH협화병원 심내과는 오랜 역사를 가지고 있습니다. 중화인민공화국 설립 초기, 황완 교수와 방기 교수에 의해 협화병원 내과 심그룹이 구성되어 국내 최초로 심혈관 전문의 임상 및 연구 작업을 시작했습니다. 1950년대 초, 황완 교수 등은 삼도선 심전도 기계를 복원하는 것부터 시작하여 12도선 심전도 기계를 제조하여 심전도의 중국 보급에 큰 기여를 했습니다. 1950년대 말, 황완 교수와 방기 교수의 지도 하에 심그룹은 국내 최초로 우심도관 및 혈역학 모니터링을 시작했습니다. 1958년 베이징 부외병원 설립 초기, 황완, 방기, 진재가, 우녕 교수 등은 협화병원 심그룹에서 부외병원으로 전근하여 중국 최초의 심혈관 전문 병원 설립에 기여했습니다. 이후 방기 교수와 우녕 교수는 협화병원으로 돌아왔습니다. 방기, 금란, 우녕, 주문령 교수는 각각 심내과 행정 주임을 맡아 심내과의 전기생리 전문, 심도관실 및 심내과 실험실을 설립하고, 국내 최초로 발작성 심실상성 빈맥의 고주파 절제 치료, 관상동맥 내 초음파 영상 기술의 임상 적용 등을 시작하여 국내 심혈관 분야에 광범위한 영향을 미쳤습니다. 현재 협화병원 심내과는 교육부 중점 학과로, 국내 심혈관 학계에서 여전히 높은 학술적 지위를 유지하고 있습니다.
심내과에는 주임 의사 6명, 부주임 의사 11명, 부연구원 1명, 주치의 23명이 있습니다. 주관 기술자 및 기술자 10명, 도관실 전문 간호사 5명, 병동 주관 간호사, 간호사 및 간호원 43명, 간호 보조원 3명, 보조 간호사 1명이 있습니다. 총 재직 직원 수는 101명입니다.

학문적 구축 및 전문 구성 측면에서 심내과는 현재 관상동맥 중재 팀을 초기적으로 구축하였으며, 3명의 주임 또는 부주임 의사가 3개 그룹을 이끌고 각 그룹은 2~3명의 주치의로 구성되어 매년 수행하는 관상동맥 중재 치료의 수량과 질(급성 심근경색의 응급 관상동맥 성형술 포함)은 베이징 각급 종합병원 심내과에서 상위에 위치하고 있습니다. 전기생리 및 심장 박동기 팀도 점차 구축되고 있으며, 2명의 주임 의사가 3명의 주치의로 구성되어 매년 수행하는 고주파 절제 수술의 수량도 베이징 각급 종합병원 심내과에서 상위에 위치하고 있습니다. 초음파 심장도 팀도 점차 형성되고 있으며, 현재 1명의 주임 의사, 1명의 고급 주치의, 4명의 주치의 및 3명의 기술자로 구성되어 있으며, 많은 일상 검사 작업을 수행할 뿐만 아니라, 줄기세포 심근 이식 후 심장 기능 평가, 심실 동기화 박동 치료 후 심장 기능 평가, 심근 음향 조영 등 초음파 심장에 관한 연구도 활발히 진행하고 있습니다. 현재 지방 대사 이상 및 고혈압 및 관련 질환의 기초 및 임상 연구 팀을 구성 중이며, 현재 2명의 주임 의사가 연구생과 함께 이 두 분야의 연구 작업을 수행하고 있습니다.
심내과의 업무는 주로 네 가지 부분으로 나뉩니다: 관상동맥 질환 및 관상동맥 중재 치료, 심전생리 및 심장 리듬 이상(심장 리듬 이상 연구 센터 포함), 동맥경화증 및 관련 질환의 임상 및 연구, 심혈관 임상 약리 연구 작업. 심내과는 관상동맥 질환 모니터링 병동(CCU), 심장 도관실 및 현대화된 병동을 보유하고 있으며, 매년 복잡한 관상동맥 중재, 심장 리듬 이상 고주파 절제 및 구조적 심장병 중재 수술 수천 건을 수행합니다. 매년 초음파 심장 검사 총량은 약 20,000건이며, 매년 평판 운동 시험 및 HOLTER 총량은 각각 3,000건 및 2,000건 이상입니다. 잘 알려진 바와 같이, 관상동맥 질환은 만성 질환으로, 환자는 정기적으로 외래 진료를 받아야 하며, 병세 변화에 따라 치료 계획을 조정해야 합니다. 관상동맥 중재 수술 후 환자의 진료 및 추적 관리를 용이하게 하기 위해 협화 심내과는 전문적인 '관상동맥 질환 외래'를 설립하였으며, 매일 오전 고급 심내과 전문의가 진료를 제공하여 관상동맥 스텐트 삽입 수술 후 환자에게 양질의 표준화된 추적 관리를 제공하여 스텐트 삽입 후 재협착 및 혈전 사건을 줄이고, 근본적으로 환자의 치료 장기적 이익을 보장합니다.
심내과 심장 전기생리실은 국내에서 가장 먼저 도관 고주파 절제술을 시행한 기관 중 하나로, 현재 교수 및 주임 의사 2명, 부교수 및 부주임 의사 2명, 주치의 4명이 있으며, 24시간 동적 심전도 검사를 실시할 수 있으며, 매주 1회의 심박동기기 추적 외래를 설정하였습니다. 이 부서는 전문 심장 전기생리 도관실을 보유하고 있으며, 세계에서 가장 진보된 3D 매핑 시스템(CARTO XP)과 미국 GE 64도 전기생리 기기를 보유하고 있으며, 현재 심방세동, 발작성 심실상성 빈맥, 특발성 심실조기수축 또는 심실빈맥 및 다양한 복잡하고 난치한 심장 리듬 이상에 대한 도관 고주파 절제술을 정기적으로 시행하고 있습니다. 국내 최초로 만성 수축성 심부전의 심장 재동기화 치료를 시행하였으며, 국내에서 1차 예방으로 심장 제세동기(ICD)를 가장 많이 이식하는 기관 중 하나입니다. 현재 매년 영구 심박동기/ICD 및 고주파 절제술이 400건 이상 수행되며, 보건부 지정 심장 리듬 이상 교육 기지입니다.
최근 협화 심내과에서 시행한 새로운 프로젝트에는 관상동맥 내 초음파 검사(IVUS), 광학 간섭 이미징(OCT), 뇌 나트륨 이뇨 펩타이드의 심부전 진단에의 적용, 심부전 및 급성 관상동맥 증후군의 예후 판단 등이 포함됩니다.
심내과의 교육 작업은 항상 국내 선진 수준에 있습니다. 새로운 교육 모델 탐색에 있어 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있습니다. 현재 학생들로부터 좋은 평가를 받고 있는 임상 약리 토론회는 처음에 심내과에서 시작되어 다른 학과로 확산되었습니다. 협화 의대의 이중 언어 교육 작업에 적극 참여하고 있으며, 현재 의대 진단학 및 임상 약리 토론회의 전 영어 강의를 담당하고 있으며, 중국 협화 의과대학에서 개최된 두 차례의 전국 의과대학 이중 언어 교육 학습반에서 강의 작업을 맡고 있습니다. 심내과는 매년 정기적으로 심혈관 질환의 새로운 발전에 대한 국가급 지속 의학 교육 프로젝트를 개최하고, 완벽한 고급 심혈관 전문 인재 양성 시스템을 구축하였습니다.
