PUMCH병원의 정형외과는 북평 협화 의과대학 정형외과의 전신으로, 20세기 20년대에 설립되어 중국 최고의 정형외과 임상 및 연구 센터입니다. 중국 외과계의 많은 정형외과 전문 선배들, 예를 들어 멍지마오 교수, 왕귀생 교수, 우즈캉 교수, 왕푸취안 교수, 송시안원 교수 등이 이곳에서 가르치고 일했습니다. 전임 원장인 중국의 저명한 정형외과학자이자 중화의학회 정형외과 분회 전임 위원장인 구귀흥 원사의 지도 아래, 협화 정형외과는 교육부의 주요 학과, 보건부의 주요 전문 등 여러 가지 영예를 수여받았습니다. 정형외과는 구귀흥 원사, 웡시생 교수 등 최고의 전문가들이 이끌며 척추, 관절, 외상, 뼈 종양 등 아전문 분야의 국가급 전문가 팀을 모았습니다.
1980년대부터 정형외과는 국내에서 척추 기형 수술 치료를 선도적으로 시행하였으며, 이후 Harrigton, Luque, Zielke, CD, Galveston 및 TSRH 등 국제적으로 선진 기술과 장비를 도입, 개선 및 보급하여 각종 척추 측만증 치료에 좋은 효과를 거두었습니다. 척추 측만증에 대한 일련의 연구는 베이징시, 위생계획위원회(구 보건부) 및 국가 과학 기술 진보 3등급 및 2등급을 수상했습니다. 현재 정형외과는 척추 외과를 중심으로 관절 외과, 노인 외상 외과를 특징으로 하며, 운동 의학, 뼈 종양, 발목 외과, 최소 침습 외과 등 아전문이 완비된 국내 종합 정형외과 의학 센터 중 하나입니다.
정형외과는 젊은 핵심 인력의 양성에 중점을 두어, 그들이 선배 전문가의 우수한 품질과 업무 스타일을 배우고 계승할 수 있도록 하며, 여러 젊은 의사들을 호주, 일본, 미국, 프랑스, 홍콩, 대만 등 국가 및 지역으로 연수 및 심화 교육을 보내어 현재 모두 학업을 마치고 귀국하여 부서의 핵심 인력이 되었습니다. 정형외과는 또한 국제적으로 저명한 대학 및 전문가와의 교류를 중시하여, 미국, 프랑스, 일본, 한국, 영국 등 국가의 정형외과 전문가를 초청하여 수술 시연, 학술 발표 및 문제 토론을 진행하여 정형외과의 진단 및 치료, 연구 수준을 향상시키고 있습니다. 연구와 의료의 결합을 중시하여, 베이징시 과학위원회, 국가 자연 기금의 주요 및 일반 프로젝트 및 국가 863 과제의 수석 과학자 등 연구 프로젝트 86개를 신청하고 수행하였으며, 누적 연구 자금은 4380만 위안 이상입니다.
정형외과는 현재 3개의 병동에 132개의 병상을 보유하고 있으며, 일반 병실과 특수 병실을 마련하여 다양한 수준의 의료 요구를 충족하고 있습니다. 정형외과는 척추 외과, 관절 외과, 정형외과 외상, 운동 의학, 뼈 종양, 발목, 최소 침습 정형외과 등 전문 그룹으로 나뉘어 있으며, 환자는 필요에 따라 정형외과 전문가 외래, 정형외과 특수 전문가 외래 및 정형외과 일반 외래 서비스를 선택할 수 있습니다. 정형외과 응급실은 연중 365일, 하루 24시간 환자에게 개방되어 언제든지 의료 서비스를 제공합니다.
부서 내에는 중국 공학원 원사 1명, 교수 12명, 부교수 12명, 주치의 16명, 레지던트 6명, 박사 후 연구원 2명, 연수 의사 16명, 재학 중인 박사 및 석사생 37명이 있으며, 중국 의학 아카데미 정형외과 연구 센터를 설립하였고, 전임 및 비전임 연구원 3명이 있습니다.
