과 소개 및 발전 과정
1930년대부터 병원은 국내 최초의 폐엽, 전폐 및 좌측 개흉 식도암 절제 수술을 성공적으로 시행하였으며, 이는 협화 흉부외과의 탄생을 알리는 상징이 되었고, 중국 흉부외과의 시작을 나타내는 중요한 상징이 되었다. 이후 수십 년 동안 우영카이, 황가사, 쉬레톈 등 중국 흉부외과의 기초자 및 개척자들이 여기에서 찬란한 장을 썼다. 새로운 시대의 협화 흉부외과는 선배들의 우수한 전통을 계승하여 의료, 연구 등 분야에서 끊임없이 개척 혁신하고 진취적으로 나아가며, 협화 흉부외과는 항상 국내 선진 대열에 자리 잡고 있으며, 국내 최고의 흉부외과 난치병 진료 센터로 자리 잡았다.
수년간의 발전을 거쳐 흉부외과는 현재 60개의 병상을 보유하고 있으며, 전담 의사 21명이 있으며, 리단칭 교수가 주임을 맡고 있다. 최근 몇 년간 연평균 수술량은 1800건을 초과하였다. 현재 정교수 4명, 부교수 6명, 주치의 8명, 인턴 의사 3명이 있으며, 이 중 박사 학위를 가진 의사가 15명, 석사 학위를 가진 의사가 6명이다. 주치의 이상의 의사들은 모두 일반적인 폐, 식도, 식도암 절제 및 종격동 종양 미세침습 수술을 독립적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 수술 합병증은 5% 미만, 입원 사망률은 1% 미만이다.
역대 주임 및 동료들의 노력 덕분에 흉부외과 팀은 많은 성과를 거두었다. 1990년 우레톈 주임이 이끄는 '식도 식도암 외과 치료'가 의과원 과학기술 진보 3등상을 수상하였고; 1995년 리제지안 주임이 이끄는 전 부서가 참여한 혈관외과 작업 '흉복 대동맥류의 외과적 치료'가 의과원 과학기술 진보 3등상을 수상하였다; 1998년 부서의 '협화 병원 식도 악성 종양의 외과적 치료'가 병원 과학기술 진보 2등상을 수상하였다; 1999년 8월, 리제지안 주임이 이끄는 전 부서(베이징 병원 쉬시안하오와 공동 수상)가 '중증 근무력증의 자가 면역의 제안, 피로의 심각도 판별 및 임상 면역 진단의 새로운 방법 창립'으로 보건부 과학기술 진보 2등상을 수상하였다(증서 번호 99202102). 또한, 흉부외과는 전국에서 난치 복합 사례의 진료를 받고 있으며, 국내에서 난이도가 높고 위험이 크며 병세가 복잡한 흉부외과 중 하나이다. 일반적인 흉부외과 질환 외에도, 흉부외과는 중증 근무력증 및 흉선 종양 수술에서 전국 선두 수준을 유지하고 있으며, 식도, 식도암 및 기관지 폐암 치료 수준은 전국적으로 선진적이다.
흉부외과는 현재 종격동 악성 종양/희귀 거대 종양 절제 동시 대혈관 치환술, 폐엽 슬리브 절제 및 기관지 성형술, 기관지 종양 절제술, 고위 식도암 절제 + 인두 문합술, 전흉골 거대 종양 절제 재건술 등 고난이도 수술을 성공적으로 시행하고 있으며, 좋은 치료 효과를 얻고 있다. 새로운 기술 측면에서, 최근 몇 년간 부서 내에서 광범위하게 비디오 흉강경, 종격동경 등 미세침습 흉부외과 수술이 시행되었으며, VATS 수술량은 누적 1000건 이상이다. VATS는 비교적 간단한 자발성 기흉, 폐 생검 외에도, 흉선종 절제술, 종격동 종양 절제술, 전흉강 폐엽 절제 림프절 청소술, 전흉강 식도암 절제술 등 비교적 복잡한 수술도 시행하고 있다. 2006년부터 종격동경의 진단 및 치료 작업도 보편적으로 시행되었으며, 좋은 임상 효과를 얻고 있다. 흉부외과는 호흡내과와 협력하여 폐부 종양 흉부외과 실험실을 설립하였다; 현재 연구 중인 연구 과제는 교육부 과학 연구 중대 프로젝트 '흉부 종양 개인화 종합 진료의 전환 의학 연구'; 우계평 의학 재단 '임상 연구 특별 지원 기금'; '병원 청년 기금'; 베이징 협화 의과대학 '청년 교사 프로젝트'; 교육부 박사점 우수 청년 교사 연구 기금; 국가 의학 시험 센터 일반 프로젝트 연구 기금; 흉부외과가 성공적으로 신청한 '호영동 폐암 특별 기금 과제'는: '중후기 NSCLC 개인화 종합 치료의 임상 연구'; '폐암 환자의 혈청 단백질 군형과 병리 단계의 관계'; 'EGFR 신호 경로를 표적으로 하는 표적 치료 약물 효과 예측 연구'(흉부외과, 호흡과 공동 과제)이다. 다른 과와 협력하는 연구 프로젝트는: '폐암 외과 치료에서 경부 림프절 청소의 중요성에 대한 임상 연구', 'PET 결합 혈청 단백 지문 분석으로 폐암을 감별 진단하는 연구'가 있다.
2006년, 흉부외과는 1차적으로 베이징시 전문 의사 교육 기지의 심사를 통과하였으며, 현재 베이징시 최초의 전문 의사 교육 기지이다; 흉부외과는 보건부에 의해 첫 번째 흉부외과 내시경 진료 기술 교육 기지로 평가되었다; 2006년, 흉부외과는 중앙 고위 간부 보건 선진 집단 칭호를 수상하였다; 2007년 2월 '대기 도로 악성 종양으로 인한 급성 호흡 부전 구출 성공'이 의과원 병원 의료 성과상 3등상을 수상하였다; 2008년 1월 '상 종격동 거대 악성 종양이 대혈관을 침범하여 상관정맥 장애 증후군의 진단 및 치료 처리'가 의과원 병원 의료 성과상 2등상을 수상하였다; 2008년 9월 10일 중국 의학 아카데미 병원 과학기술 진보상을 수상하였다; 2009년 12월 '흉골 종양 절제 흉곽 재건술'이 의과원 병원 의료 성과상 3등상을 수상하였다; 2011년 11월 보건부 의관리국에서 수여한 '은드스제 출중 기여상'을 수상하였다; 2012년 전 부서가 병원 합리적 혈액 사용 진보상을 수상하였다; 2012년 12월 '미세침습 기술의 식도암 수술에서의 적용'이 병원 의료 성과상 3등상을 수상하였다; 2012년 12월 '올리브산 리포좀 시리즈 표적 항암 천연 약물 산업화 기술 및 그 응용'이 중화인민공화국 국무원에서 수여한 '국가 과학기술 진보상' 2등상을 수상하였다; 2012년 12월 '핵의학 기능 분자 영상의 기술 개발 및 임상 응용'이 베이징시 인민정부에서 수여한 '베이징시 과학기술상' 2등상을 수상하였다; 2013년 1월 '핵의학 분자 영상의 기술 혁신 및 임상 응용'이 '고등학교 과학 연구 우수 성과상' 2등상을 수상하였다. 2004년에는 쉬레톈 교수가 편집한 '현대 흉부외과학'이 출판되었고, 2010년 말에는 쉬레톈 교수가 명예 편집, 장즈용 교수가 편집한 '협화 흉부외과학'(즉 '현대 흉부외과학' 제2판, 내용 및 글자 수 대폭 증가)이 출판되었다. 현재 협화 흉부외과학(제3판)이 긴급히 개정 중이다.
