과 소개 및 발전 과정
병원 류마티스 면역과는 중국의 류마티스학 전문 발전 및 인재 양성의 가장 초기 기지 중 하나로, 1980년 설립 이후 의료, 연구, 교육을 통합하여 류마티스학 진단 및 치료 수준을 지속적으로 향상시키고 국내 류마티스학 발전을 촉진하고 있습니다. 본 과는 연구를 선도하고 교육을 기반으로 하며 의료를 근본으로 하는 발전 이념을 가지고 업무를 수행하고 있습니다. 현재 본 과에는 46명이 있으며, 그 중 3명의 노련한 전문가, 국가 인사부 유학 귀국 연구 기금 수혜자 4명, 정부 특별 보조금 전문가 3명, 주임 의사 11명, 박사 과정 지도 교수 12명, 부주임 의사 10명, 석사 과정 지도 교수 12명, 고급 직급 24명, 중급 15명, 각종 전문 기술 인력 22명이 포함되어 있습니다. 40세 이하의 젊은 임상의사 중 100%가 박사 학위를 보유하고 있으며, 80%가 서구 선진국 실험실에서의 연구 경험을 가지고 있습니다.
현재 10명이 전국 학회에서 활동하고 있으며, 그 중에는 중화의학회 류마티스학 분회 주임 위원, 후임 주임 위원, 중국 의사 협회 류마티스 면역과 의사 분회 회장 및 부회장 등이 포함되어 있습니다. 본 과의 연간 외래 진료량은 13만 건을 초과하며, 68개의 병상을 보유하고 있어 전국 각지의 중증 난치 류마티스 환자에게 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한 중국 류마티스학의 보급 및 향상을 촉진하기 위해, 설립 이후 매년 다양한 형태의 류마티스학 워크숍 및 학술 회의를 개최하고 있으며, 여러 류마티스학 전문 저서를 편찬하고, 류마티스학 임상의 필요에 맞춰 과학 연구를 진행하여 큰 성과를 거두었습니다. 이는 국가 교육위원회 류마티스학 박사 학위 수여 지점, 류마티스 면역 내과 박사후 연구 유동 스테이션, 국가 교육위원회 류마티스학 중점 학과 단위, 위생부 전공의 교육 훈련 기지, 국가급 류마티스 면역과 전문 계속 교육 기지, 국가급 류마티스 약물 임상 시험 기지, 교육부 중점 실험실, 류마티스학 박사 및 박사후 양성 단위로서, 전국적으로 많은 류마티스학 전문 인재를 양성하고 있습니다.
푸단 대학교 병원 관리 연구소에서 발표한 '중국 병원 최고의 전문 과목 평판 순위'에서 류마티스 면역 전문 과목이 장기적으로 전국 1위를 차지하고 있으며, 중국 병원 과학 기술 양적 지수(STEM) 류마티스학 순위에서도 지속적으로 상위권에 위치하고 있습니다. 최근 몇 년간, 국가의 류마티스 면역 질환에 대한 투자가 점차 증가함에 따라, SLE 과학 지원 계획/863 프로젝트, 자가 면역 질환 신약 임상 평가 연구 기술 플랫폼 과학 중대 특별 프로젝트, 위생계획위원회 산업 연구 특별 프로젝트 등의 지원을 받아, 병원이 주도하여 전국 800여 개 류마티스 질환 진료 센터와 협력하여 전신성 홍반 루푸스 연구 협력 그룹(CSTAR) 및 국가 류마티스 질환 데이터 센터(CRDC)의 연구 네트워크를 초기 형성하였으며, 국내 선도적인 류마티스 질환 연구 협력 조직으로 자리 잡았습니다. 중국 류마티스 질환 정보 데이터베이스, 생물 샘플 저장소(CRIP) 및 표준화 교육 및 다학제 교류 플랫폼(CREP)을 구축하고, 중국 류마티스학계의 다중 센터 협력 연구를 시작하였으며, 중국 류마티스학계의 표준화 진단 및 치료 합의서를 발표하였습니다. 본 과는 수십 개의 국가 및 부처의 연구 과제를 수행하거나 참여하였으며, 다수의 국제 및 국내 다중 센터 임상 연구 및 고품질 단일 센터 임상 연구에 참여하였고, 수백 편의 SCI 수록 논문을 발표하였으며, 류마티스 면역 질환 분야의 임상 진단 및 치료 가이드를 제정하였습니다. 12개의 국가 및 지방 정부의 상을 수상하였으며, 그 중 3개의 국가 과학 기술 진보상을 포함하여 여러 학술 저서를 출판하였습니다. 이는 관리 과학적이고 규범적이며 국제 일류 수준의 전국 대규모 다중 센터 자가 면역 질환 임상 연구를 수행하기 위한 탄탄한 기초를 마련하였습니다.
