과 소개 및 발전 과정
병원 설립 초기부터 이비인후과는 독립적으로 설립되었으며, 이후 병원 이비인후과는 여러 세대의 이비인후과 두경부 외과 인재를 양성해왔습니다. 중국 이비인후과의 저명한 전문가인 리우루이화, 리바오스, 후마오리안, 랑젠환, 장칭송, 쉬인샹 및 린비진 교수 등이 이 부서에서 근무했으며, 이들 중 많은 전문가가 베이징 및 전국 각지에서 이비인후과 학과를 설립했습니다. 병원 이비인후과는 중국 이비인후과 발전 역사에서 지울 수 없는 기여를 해왔습니다.
이비인후과는 체계적이고 강력한 인력을 보유하고 있으며, 고지강 교수, 천샤오웨이 교수 등 국제적으로 명성이 있는 전문가들이 귀 외과, 측두저 외과, 비내시경 외과 및 인후두경부 외과 분야에서 활동하고 있습니다. 현재 정교수 14명(재직 8명, 퇴직 6명), 부교수 13명(재직 10명, 퇴직 3명), 주치의 14명, 인턴 의사 4명이 있으며, 재직 박사생 지도교수 5명, 석사생 지도교수 6명이 있습니다. 현재 일반 병동 병상 수는 46개, 특수 병동 병상 수는 10개로, 이비인후과, 비과, 인후두경부 학과로 나뉘어 있습니다. 또한 인공와우 센터, 보청기 센터, 신생아 청력 선별 진단 센터, 임상 청각학 실험실, 측두골 두개저 미세 외과 해부 및 기술 실험실, 청각 장애 유전자 선별 실험실이 별도로 마련되어 있습니다.
이비인후과는 귀 미세 외과, 귀 신경 외과(전정 및 안면신경 관련), 측두저 외과, 귀 성형 및 임상 청각학 등 다양한 분야에서 연구 및 치료를 진행하고 있으며, 많은 스테이프 수술, 안면신경 수술, 인공와우 및 다양한 인공 청각 이식 수술, 측두저 수술, 측두골 악성 종양 절제술 및 다양한 외이 및 중이 기형 수술을 수행하여 좋은 치료 효과를 얻고 있습니다. 기초 연구 분야에서는 안면신경 기능 검사 및 객관적 기능 평가, 내이 발달, 난청 유전자, 줄기세포를 이용한 감각신경성 난청 치료, 어지럼증 등 다양한 주제에 대해 심도 있는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
비과는 후각 기초 및 임상 연구에서 국내 선두 위치를 차지하고 있으며, 비내시경 하 최소 침습 수술 및 내비게이션을 이용한 난치성 질환 수술을 활발히 진행하고 있습니다. 특수 비-부비동 질환 및 비강-두개 소통 종양 치료에 대한 풍부한 경험을 축적하였으며, 비과 수술 기구 개발에서 다수의 특허를 보유하고 있습니다.
인후두경부 학과는 두경부 악성 종양, 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡 저환기 증후군(OSAHS) 및 인후관 기도 협착에 대한 종합 치료를 체계적으로 진행하고 있습니다. 연구 분야는 OSAHS 수술 전 평가, 음성 기능 평가 및 두경부 종양의 분자 생물학적 메커니즘을 포함하며, 국내에서 인유두종 바이러스 관련 두경부 종양에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 선도적으로 진행하고 있습니다.
최근 몇 년 동안 이비인후과는 '9.5', '15', '11.5', '12.5', '973', 국가 자연 과학 기금, 베이징시 자연 과학 기금 등 30여 개의 기금을 수주하였으며, 약 150편의 논문을 발표하였고, 그 중 SCI 논문은 40편 이상이며, 26개의 특허를 신청하였고, 여러 권의 이비인후과 전문 저서를 집필 및 출판하였습니다. 이비인후과는 인재 양성과 교육 업무를 중요시하며, 채용, 재직, 외부 교육 및 협력, 객원 교수 등의 방법을 통해 강한 사명감과 올바른 직업 윤리를 가진, 관련 학문 지식 구조가 합리적이고 전투력이 강한 팀을 구축하고 있습니다. 교육 팀은 협화 의과대학 8년제 학부생, 임상 박사 후 과정, 대학원 및 연수 의사 교육 훈련, 인턴 의사 표준화 훈련, 전 직원 교육 및 의학 지속 교육, 전문 서적 집필, 전문 문제은행 구축, 국가급 지속 교육 프로젝트 시행 및 교육 개혁 및 연구 프로젝트 등 다양한 분야에서 많은 작업을 수행하여 눈에 띄는 성과를 거두었습니다. 국가 임상 중점 전문과로서 병원 이비인후과는 오랜 기간 동안 푸단판 중국 병원 최고의 전문과 명성 순위에서 전국 상위에 위치하고 있습니다.
