과 소개 및 발전 과정
노인 의학과는 대내과에 소속되어 있으며, 모든 임상 의사는 7년 이상의 임상 경험을 가지고 있으며, 내과 각 전문 그룹과 응급의학의 순환 학습을 완료하였습니다. 현재 주임 의사 1명, 부주임 의사 2명, 주치의 6명이 있습니다.
해외 경험을 참조하여, 노인 의학 그룹은 병원 내에서 모든 노인 의학 작업 모델을 시행하고 있으며, 노인과 의사, 약사, 영양과 의사, 재활과 의사, 정신과 의사, 간호사, 지역 의료 서비스 인력을 포함한 다학제 팀을 구성하였습니다. 팀 작업 모델을 통해 병동 및 특수 외래 진료에서 작업을 수행하며, 일반 노인 종합 외래 진료, 병원 내외 상담, 신체 검사 및 예방, 지역 사회 서비스 등을 진행하고 있습니다. 임상 작업에서 노인 종합 평가(CGA)를 최초로 시행하였으며, 다양한 장소에 맞춘 표준화된 평가 내용을 설계하였습니다. 현대 노인 의학의 개념을 임상 작업 및 관리에 최초로 적용하여, 임상 작업에서 노인의 특별한 문제와 노인 환자의 쇠약 문제를 중시하고, 노인 의학의 개인화된 전인 관리 개념을 통해 노인 환자를 위한 개입 계획을 수립하여, 의인성 문제를 효과적으로 줄이고, 좋은 결과와 환자 만족도를 얻었습니다. 각각 2012년 복단대학교 병원 관리 연구소 중국 병원 최고의 전문 분야 명성 순위에서 10위, 2013년 9위를 차지하였습니다.
