診療科紹介と発展の歴史
老年医学科は大内科に属し、臨床医は全員7年以上の臨床経験を有し、内科各専門グループおよび救急のローテーション学習を完了しています。現在、主任医師1名、副主任医師2名、主治医6名が在籍しています。
海外の経験を参考に、老年医学チームは病院内で全ての老年医学業務モデルを展開し、老年科医、薬剤師、栄養科医、リハビリ科医、心理科医、看護師、地域医療サービススタッフを含む学際的チームを構成しました。チームの作業モデルを用いて病棟および特需外来で業務を行い、一般老年総合外来、院内外のコンサルテーション、身体検査と予防、地域サービスなども展開しています。老年総合評価（CGA）を臨床業務において先駆けて実施し、異なる場面に応じた標準化された評価内容を設計しました。現代老年医学の理念を臨床業務と管理に適用し、高齢者の特有の問題や衰弱問題に配慮し、老年医学の個別化、全人的管理の理念に基づいて高齢患者の介入計画を策定し、医源性問題を効果的に減少させ、良好な結果と患者満足度を得ています。復旦大学病院管理研究所の中国病院ベスト専門科評判ランキングで2012年度第10位、2013年度第9位を獲得しました。
