診療科紹介と発展の歴史
肾脏病科は1979年に中国で新しい学科としてスタートし、毕增祺教授の先見の明により、病院内科の肾脏病専門グループが設立され、中国最初の腎臓内科の一つとなりました。1980年からは腎臓病実験室と血液透析室が設立されました。1990年代初頭には、多くの若手学者が海外から帰国し、腎臓病の臨床、教育、研究に新たな活力と発展の機会をもたらしました。1993年には、病院内科の肾脏病専門グループが他の専門グループと同様に学科に改編され、肾脏病科が設立され、血液浄化センターも設立されました。
90年代後期には、多くの博士、修士が卒業し、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリア、日本でポスドクトレーニングや研修を受けて帰国し、肾内科はさらに活気を帯びました。約30年の苦労を経て、協和肾内科は現代的な腎臓病診療センターへと発展し、腎臓病外来、病棟、血液浄化（腹膜透析を含む）センター、腎臓病実験室を含むようになりました。
長年にわたり、衛生部の直接指導の下で、高官の健康管理、外国人患者の治療、海外医療相談などの業務を遂行し、多くの成果を上げてきました。協和病院の厳格な医師ローテーション研修制度と三層の回診制度、各レベルの医師の確かな内科基礎、そして強力な協力体制により、当科は複雑な症例の診療や重症患者の救命において独自の優位性を持ち、業界から高く評価されています。
