診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院の放射治療は20世紀20年代に始まり、国内で最も早く放射線を用いた腫瘍治療を行った病院です。1950年代には放射線科に放射治療グループが設置され、国内で強力な放射線腫瘍専門が形成されました。1958年には当院の放射治療の主要設備と人員が医科大学の腫瘍病院の設立に参加しました。残りの人員は引き続き業務を行いました。1985年には独立した放射治療科が設立され、初代主任は周覚初教授でした。張福泉教授、邱杰教授、胡克教授などの著名な専門家の指導の下、科室は常に最新の高精度放射線治療機器を導入し、精密放射線治療と臨床物理技術を国際的な一流の水準に保っています。
現在、当院は5台の直線加速器（Elekta Versa HD、Varian Trilogy、TomoTherapy、Siemens ART、Siemens Primus）を所有し、さらに1台の術中放射線治療装置（Mobetron）があります。定位装置には、MRIシミュレーション機、通常のシミュレーション機、大口径CTシミュレーション機があり、近接後装治療装置が2台、立体定位治療装置（X刀）、高周波温熱療法装置があり、質の高い管理体制が整っています。ほぼすべての放射線治療の新技術を展開しており、適応放射線治療（ART）、螺旋断層治療技術（TOMO）、画像誘導放射線治療（IGRT）、強度変調放射線治療技術（IMRT）、三次元適合放射線治療技術（3DCRT）、多分割全身照射技術、X刀治療技術、照射野画像検証技術、三次元近接後装治療技術、深部温熱療法技術などを含みます。科室には正教授3名、副教授4名、中級職称15名、初級職称25名が在籍しており、正式な医師16名、物理士10名、看護師2名、技師およびエンジニア18名が在職しています。毎年約4000例の腫瘍および良性疾患の患者を治療しています。私たちの科の主な放射線治療の特色は、婦人科腫瘍放射線治療、前立腺癌放射線治療、肺癌放射線治療、乳癌放射線治療、鼻咽癌の強度変調放射線治療などです。国内でいち早く子宮頸癌および他の婦人科腫瘍の強度変調放射線治療、三次元近接治療、適応放射線治療の研究を行っています。多くの医療成果賞を受賞しており、特に子宮頸癌の強度変調放射線治療研究は協和病院の医療成果第一賞を受賞しました。国家自然科学基金や第13次五カ年計画などの研究プロジェクトを担当しており、協和医科大学の腫瘍学博士および放射線物理学修士の授与機関であり、30名以上の博士および修士研究生を育成しています。また、技師および物理士の臨床教育業務を担当し、100名以上の技師および物理士を育成しています。
患者に対して迅速かつ質の高い治療サービスを提供することが協和放射線治療の使命であり、品質保証は放射線治療科の生命線です。長年にわたり、放射線治療科は厳格な品質保証と品質管理を最優先にし、患者の治療前の定位、治療計画の設計、治療用量の確認、定位確認、治療確認などにおいて詳細かつ厳格な手順を制定しています。特に放射線治療機器と定位機器については、日次、週次、月次、年次の検査を行い、機器の安全性、用量および機械精度は国際的な先進水準に達しており、国内で数少ない日次で用量検査を行っている病院となり、治療の安全性と正確性を保証しています。
