診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院の肿瘤内科は、国家衛生計画委員会の臨床重点専門科建設プロジェクトに基づく科室です。現在、教授2名、副教授5名、主治医10名、研究員2名が在籍しており、17名の医師のうち、博士12名、修士5名で、均衡の取れた人材の梯子を形成しています。科室には3つの病棟があります：西院肿瘤内科一病棟、肿瘤血液二病棟、東院化学療法デイケア病棟および外来化学療法室。
現在、科室は乳癌、肺癌、リンパ腫、消化器系（食道、胃、大腸、膵臓、肝胆）腫瘍、泌尿生殖系（腎臓、尿管、膀胱、前立腺）腫瘍、神経内分泌腫瘍、頭頸部腫瘍、軟部腫瘍、甲状腺癌、黒色腫などのさまざまな実体腫瘍の診断と総合治療に取り組んでいます。化学療法、温熱灌流化学療法、分子標的治療および免疫療法などの内科的治療を行っています。希少腫瘍、高齢者腫瘍、合併症を有する腫瘍などの複雑な難治症例の治療において独自の経験を蓄積しています。協和病院の膵臓、消化器腫瘍、胸部腫瘍、頭蓋内生殖細胞腫瘍、頭頸部腫瘍および泌尿器系腫瘍の多学科総合診療協力グループ（MDT）を組織し、参加しています。年間外来患者数は32,000人以上、入院患者数は5,000人以上です。科室はまた、高幹保健、援澳支辺などの国家および北京市の医療任務も担っています。
肿瘤内科は国内で初めて「腫瘍の標準化治療」理念を提唱し、臨床実践において「個別化治療」、「多学科総合協力」、「精密抗癌」などの先進的な治療理念に従っています。科内は学術的な雰囲気が濃厚で、毎週月曜日に新しい症例や難治症例の全科討論会を開催し、毎年国家レベルの継続教育講座や神経内分泌腫瘍の学習会を開催しています。毎年ASCO、ESMO、JSMOなどの米欧日国際腫瘍学術会議に参加し、国際的な腫瘍治療分野の最新の進展を把握しています。科室には優れた人材が揃っており、ほとんどの医師が海外での留学経験を持ち、アメリカのMDアンダーソン、NYP、UCLA、UCSF、日本の癌研有明病院および日本国立癌センターなどの世界的な腫瘍研究機関と学術的な連携を築いており、毎年国際的に著名な学者を招いて交流を行っています。
