診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院の血液科は長い歴史を持ち、中国の現代血液学の先駆者であり、血液学専門人材の育成においても最初の基地です。1932年に北京協和医学院内科が中国で初めて血液学専門の実験室を設立し、1934年には血液内科専門グループを設立しました。1980年には大内科の下に血液内科が設立され、1981年には教育部によって博士課程の育成基地として承認されました。1990年には国家教委により血液学国家重点学科点として認定され、1992年には博士後期課程の流動ステーションとなりました。2006年には衛生部および北京市により初期の血液内科専門医師育成基地として承認され、2011年には衛生部によって初期の臨床重点学科として承認されました。
血液科は専門グループ設立以来、血液学専門グループが大内科の一員であり、総合病院の重要な構成部分であることを認識しています。科の臨床業務の重点は全内科、全院に向けられ、原発性血液病の研究だけでなく、他の専門患者が直面するさまざまな血液学的問題の研究にも重きを置いています。これが当院血液科の特徴であり、長期的な努力の方向性です。設立以来、特に科の設立以降、当院の「医療と研究の密接な結びつき、臨床と基礎研究の相互推進」という方針と優れた条件を活かし、赤血球疾患、血液悪性腫瘍、造血幹細胞移植および出血血栓性疾患などの血液サブ専門分野で均衡の取れた発展を遂げています。現在、科の臨床総合医療レベルは国内の一流水準にあり、特に赤血球疾患および出血血栓性疾患においては国内でのリーダー的な地位を占めています。また、科は他の兄弟科に対して重篤な難治症例の血液学的支援を積極的に提供しており、全国の難治重症会診センターとしての中核的な役割を果たしています。
現在、科には3つの病棟があり、合計62床を有しています。東院血液科1病棟は32床、西院血液科2病棟は18床、血液科3病棟は造血幹細胞移植病棟で12床、そのうちクリーンルームは6床です。科はまた、東院に化学療法外来を、西院に血友病治療センターおよび北京血友病管理センターを設置しています。現在、科は毎年約4000例の入院患者を受け入れ、年間外来患者数は約5万人、院内外の会診数は2000例に達しています。
