診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院は全国規模の大型総合病院であり、全国の難治性重症疾患の診療センターです。1921年の設立以来、持続的に発展を続けており、毎日全国各地から8000人以上の患者が来院しています。病床数は約2000床です。病理科の前身は北京協和医学院（PUMC）病理学部であり、北京協和医学院で最も早く設立された学部の一つです。死体検査および外部検査業務は1916年から開始されており（現存する記録が確認されています）、長年にわたり我が国および世界に多くの人材を育成してきました。著名な病理学者である胡正祥、白希清、劉永、楊簡、李銘新、王蘅文などは皆、協和から生まれたか、協和で働いていました。彼らは我が国の病理学の発展に大きな貢献をしました。
現在、病理科には48名のスタッフが在籍しており、院士1名、主任医師4名、研究員1名、副主任医師5名、主治医9名、研修医8名、主管技師8名、技師8名、技士1名、その他のスタッフ3名が含まれています。その中で博士号を持つ者は12名です。科長の陳杰教授は中華医学会病理分会の主任委員を務めており、盧朝輝は中華医学会病理分会青年委員会の副主任委員、崔全才は北京市病理学分会の委員を務めています。協和病理科は2003年に国家重点学科として認定され、2009年には衛生部から全国病理質管理および評価指導センターに指定されました。また、北京市病理学の優れた教育チームとしても評価されています。
病院の病理科は、長年にわたり医療、教育、研究の各分野で多くの業務を行っており、その中のいくつかは国内で先進的な地位を占めています。設立以来、病理症例の総数は80万例を超え、近年は毎年10-15%の速度で増加し、35000例/年を超えています。手術の増加と臨床手術医による迅速診断のニーズに伴い、術中冷凍切片の数も増加し、年間4000例以上に達しています。免疫組織化学染色は、現在科室で一般的に使用されている診断および鑑別診断技術であり、100種類以上の抗体の染色検査が可能で、年間免疫組織化学染色片は40000枚以上に達し、増加し続けています。科室では先進的な細胞学技術を用いて、子宮頸部および非婦人科の脱落細胞検査を行い、年間3万例以上の検査を実施しています。FISH、LOHなどの分子遺伝学技術を用いて乳癌、肺癌、軟部腫瘍、内分泌腫瘍などの診断および鑑別診断を行っています。遺伝子再配置技術およびEBウイルス原位ハイブリダイゼーション技術の導入により、リンパ腫の診断および鑑別診断により信頼性の高い証拠を提供しています。大規模な総合病院であり全国の難治性重症疾患の診療センターであるため、一般的な疾患を除き、毎年多くの難治病理会診が行われています。会診の総数は55000例を超え、毎年7000例以上の速度で増加しています。全国の多くの患者に対して診断を明確にし、迅速な治療を提供しています。科室は常に医療の質を中心に据え、臨床医および患者に満足のいくサービスを提供し、臨床医が患者の病気の判断、治療および予後を行うための指導を行っています。通常の病理外来小標本の報告は3-4営業日、大標本は5-7日で発行され、特別および難治診断症例には遅延報告通知書を発行し、臨床医に迅速に通知します。近年、さまざまな理由により死体検査率が著しく低下し、臨床病理討論の材料が明らかに減少し、全体的な医療レベルの向上に直接影響を与えています。この問題は立法による解決が求められています。
