診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院の泌尿外科は1940年代に設立されました。1950年代には、先代の医学者である虞松庭、吴阶平、施锡恩によって一定規模の専門科が創設されました。1960年代から1980年代にかけて、劉国振、吴德诚、臧美孚などの専門家がこの科を国内有数の泌尿外科専門科に発展させました。協和の「厳格、精密、勤勉、献身」という院訓の激励のもと、数世代にわたる努力を経て、現在では腎上腺外科、泌尿微創外科、腎移植、泌尿男性生殖系腫瘍、尿路結石、一般泌尿外科、男性科学などの専門分野を持つ国内一流の科に成長しました。
現在、泌尿外科には3つの病棟があり、病床数は110床（一般病棟92床、特需病棟18床）です。先進的で完備された検査、検査および治療設備を備え、さまざまな臨床に必要な検査や治療を行うことができます。複数の腹腔鏡手術装置、3D腹腔鏡装置、ロボット腹腔鏡手術システムおよび画像統合手術室に加え、国内一流の膀胱鏡検査造影装置、尿管硬鏡および軟鏡、経皮的腎鏡、2umレーザー、1.9umレーザー、ホウ素レーザー、EMS破砕機、体外衝撃波破砕機、超音波診断装置、画像尿動力学診断装置、前立腺癌近接治療装置、性機能診断装置、生物フィードバック治療装置および先進的な腔道泌尿外科診断治療装置を有しています。毎年、4000例以上の入院患者を受け入れ、年間手術件数は3900件で、そのうち難治性および複雑な手術が約1/3を占めています。年次外来患者数は12万人を超え、年次外来手術（膀胱鏡検査を含む）は4500件に達しています。患者の利便性を考慮し、外来には男性科、結石、腫瘍、腎上腺外科などのサブスペシャリティ外来があります。
現在、科には医師35名、看護師32名、技師3名が在籍しています。その内訳は、主任医師9名、副主任医師10名、主治医12名、研修医3名、大学院生10名です。中国医学会泌尿外科学分会の常務委員1名、北京医学会泌尿外科学分会の副主任委員1名、中国医師協会男性科医師分会の副会長1名、北京医師協会男性科医師分会の会長1名、北京医学賞基金会泌尿外科専門委員会の主任委員1名、北京腫瘍学会泌尿腫瘍専門委員会の副主任委員1名、その他多くの学会の委員が在籍しています。また、『中華泌尿外科雑誌』の編集委員1名、『中華外科雑誌』の編集委員1名、『中華男性科学雑誌』の副編集長1名、その他複数の専門雑誌の編集委員も務めています。
