診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院皮膚科は1924年に設立され、中国で最も古い皮膚性病学科の一つです。初代主任はDr. Chester N. Frazierでした。解放後、皮膚性病学の創始者の一人であり、著名な皮膚性病学者である李洪迥教授が科長を務めました。数世代にわたる不懈の努力を経て、協和医院皮膚科は中国の皮膚性病学の発展に顕著な貢献をしてきました。
2002年に国家重点学科の第一陣となり、博士後期課程、博士および修士課程の教育拠点、国家臨床薬理基地となりました。学術的リーダーである晋紅中教授の指導の下、近年、科のチームは拡大し、医療、教育、研究の各分野で顕著な成果を上げており、自身免疫性大疱病、乾癬、性感染症、レーザー美容治療、皮膚組織病理診断などの複数の診療センターを有する大規模な皮膚性病学科に成長しています。皮膚鏡、皮膚超音波診断、皮膚外科モース顕微手術、微創腋臭手術、光線力学療法などの新しい診療プロジェクトを積極的に展開しています。
長年にわたり、毎週科長による三次回診および難治例の討論という優れた伝統を守り、全国からの難治重症患者に対して効率的かつ精密な診断と治療を提供しています。チームのサブスペシャリティグループは研究活動に深く関与しており、近年、反常性ニキビ、自身免疫性大疱病、性感染症、乾癬、蕈状肉芽腫の発病メカニズムや稀少病の診断などの複数の分野で突破口を開いています。論文は『Science』、『New England Journal of Medicine』および『British Journal of Dermatology』などの国際的な権威ある雑誌に掲載されています。国家自然科学基金、衛生部業界基金、北京市自然科学基金、首都発展基金などの複数の研究プロジェクトを担当しています。また、ミルスタインアメリカ医学基金会研究基金、国際抗癌連盟研究基金などの国際共同プロジェクトを主催しています。研究成果は国際的な同業者に認められ、国際学術会議での発表も多数行っています。
