診療科紹介と発展の歴史
乳腺疾病は女性に多く見られる病気であり、乳腺癌は中国の都市部において女性の様々な腫瘍の発生率で最も高く、広範な女性の健康と生命に深刻な危害を及ぼす悪性腫瘍です。医院の乳腺専門グループは、20世紀80年代に中国の外科の基礎を築いた曾宪九教授の提案により設立され、黄漢源教授が専門グループのリーダーを務めました。黄漢源教授の指導の下、乳腺専門グループは着実に発展し、良好な社会的および経済的効果を生み出しました。患者へのサービス向上と学科の発展のために、2006年2月に乳腺専門グループは病院の乳腺外科に拡大され、孙強教授が主任に就任しました。
乳腺外科は現在、45床の入院病床を有し、年間50,000人以上の患者を診療し、3,600件以上の手術を行っています。その中には1,600件以上の乳腺癌手術が含まれます。実施している診療プロジェクトには、乳腺癌の診断と手術治療、術後の放射線療法、化学療法、内分泌療法、生物療法などの包括的治療、様々な乳腺良性疾患の診断と治療、乳腺形成、乳腺癌の普及と教育が含まれます。長年の医療実践を通じて、協和乳腺外科は独自の個別化治療規範を形成しました。例えば、自製の中成薬による乳腺増生の治療効果が顕著であり、小切開または隠れた切開による乳腺良性腫瘍の美観効果が良好です。乳腺癌手術後の回復が早く、合併症が少ないことが特徴です。乳腺癌の保乳手術では切開が隠れており、一部の患者は乳輪切開を通じて保乳が可能で、乳腺の外形が良好です。国内では初めてX線と超音波による定位を用いた臨床的に触知できない乳腺病変の生検手術を行い、乳腺疾病の診断と治療レベルを大幅に向上させました。
協和乳腺外科は、乳腺疾病治療の臨床パスを研究し制定し、この臨床パスを指針として臨床業務を行い、良好な成果を上げています。乳腺外科の乳腺癌に関する単病種料金は、数年間にわたり全市で最低となっています。現在、センターには立体定位が可能なデジタル乳腺モモグラフィー装置と先進的なカラードップラー超音波装置があり、各種の触知できない乳腺病変の定位と手術生検を行っています。乳腺外科はまた、複数の国家レベルの重点研究プロジェクトを担当しており、国家「第11次五カ年計画」支援プロジェクト「地域に基づく乳腺癌スクリーニングプログラムの比較と評価」、第12次五カ年計画「中国の国情に適した乳腺癌スクリーニングモデルの確立」、北京市科学技術委員会の重大プロジェクト「乳腺癌スクリーニングの技術方案と診断の標準化プロセスの確立」、「隠れた乳腺癌の診断と治療」、「乳腺腫瘍の画像診断」、「遺伝子レベルから中国女性の乳腺癌感受性を研究する」、「重要な機能遺伝子のコーディングタンパク質研究および重大疾病の遺伝資源の収集」など、乳腺癌に関連する多くの研究課題を完了しています。協和医院乳腺外科は技術力が強く、医療、教育、研究の各分野で相当なレベルを持ち、総合的な実力は全国の先進的な位置にあります。
乳腺外科は乳腺癌の普及と教育などの公益活動も非常に重視しており、2009年10月29日に「協和ピンクガーデン」公益組織を設立しました。この組織は、心理的支援を通じて乳腺疾病患者が病状を理解し、自信を高め、積極的で楽観的な態度で疾患に向き合うことを目的としています。また、乳腺疾病の予防を重点に置き、「乳房を大切にし、健康を愛する」という理念を広めています。「協和ピンクガーデン」は定期的に活動を開催し、患者からの高い評価を得ており、より多くの患者がボランティアの隊列に参加するようになっています。
