과 소개 및 발전 과정
유방 질환은 여성에서 흔한 질병이며, 유방암은 중국 도시 지역에서 여성의 모든 종류의 종양 발병률에서 1위를 차지하고 있어 많은 여성의 건강과 생명에 심각한 위협을 주는 악성 종양입니다. 병원의 유방 전문 그룹은 20세기 80년대에 중국 외과의 기초자 중 한 명인 증현구 교수의 제안으로 설립되었으며, 그의 지원과 도움으로 설립되었습니다. 황한원 교수는 전문 그룹의 리더로 활동하였습니다. 황한원 교수의 지도 아래 유방 전문 그룹은 지속적으로 발전하여 사회적 및 경제적 효과를 창출하였으며, 환자 서비스와 학문 발전을 위해 병원 리더의 관심과 지원 아래 2006년 2월 유방 전문 그룹을 확대하여 병원 유방외과로 개편하였고, 손강 교수가 주임으로 임명되었습니다.
현재 유방외과는 45개의 입원 병상을 보유하고 있으며, 연간 50,000명 이상의 환자를 진료하고, 3,600건 이상의 수술을 시행하고 있습니다. 그 중 유방암 수술은 1,600건 이상입니다. 시행하는 진료 항목에는 유방암의 진단 및 수술 치료, 유방암 수술 후 방사선 치료, 화학 요법, 내분비 치료, 생물학적 치료 등의 종합 치료, 다양한 유방 양성 질환의 진단 및 치료, 유방 성형, 유방암의 보급 및 교육이 포함됩니다. 장기적인 의료 실천 과정에서 협화 유방외과는 독특한 개인화 치료 규범을 점차 형성하였으며, 자제 중성약을 이용한 유방 비대 치료 효과가 뚜렷하고, 소절개 또는 은폐 절개를 통한 유방 양성 종양 치료의 미적 효과가 우수하며, 유방암 수술 후 회복이 빠르고 합병증이 적습니다. 유방암의 보존 수술 절개는 은폐되어 있으며, 일부 환자는 유두 절개를 통해 유방 보존이 가능하여 유방 외형이 좋습니다. 국내 최초로 X선 및 초음파 위치 확인을 통한 임상적으로 촉지할 수 없는 유방 병변 생검 수술을 시행하여 유방 질환의 진단 및 치료 수준을 크게 향상시켰습니다. 협화 유방외과는 협화 병원의 유방 질환 치료 임상 경로를 연구하고 제정하였으며, 이 임상 경로를 지침으로 하여 임상 업무를 수행하여 좋은 결과를 얻었습니다. 유방외과의 유방암 단일 질병 수수료는 연속적으로 전시에서 최저 수준을 유지하고 있습니다.
현재 센터는 입체 위치 확인이 가능한 디지털 유방 촬영기와 최신형 컬러 초음파 장비를 보유하고 있어 각종 촉지할 수 없는 유방 병변을 위치 확인하고 수술 생검을 시행할 수 있습니다. 유방외과는 또한 여러 국가급 중점 연구 프로젝트를 수행하고 있으며, 국가 '11차 5개년 계획' 지원 프로젝트 '지역 사회 기반 유방암 선별 프로그램의 비교 및 평가', '중국 상황에 적합한 유방암 선별 모델 구축', 베이징시 과학기술위원회 과학 기술 계획 주요 프로젝트 '유방암 선별의 기술 계획 및 진단 표준화 프로세스 구축', '은폐성 유방암의 진단 및 치료', '유방 종양 영상학적 진단', '유전자 수준에서 중국 여성 유방암의 감수성 연구', '인간의 중요한 기능 유전자 코딩 단백질 연구 및 중대한 질병 유전 자원의 수집' 등 유방암 관련 여러 과제를 수행하였습니다. 협화 병원의 유방외과는 의료, 교육, 연구 등 여러 분야에서 상당한 수준을 보유하고 있으며, 종합 실력은 전국 선두에 위치하고 있습니다.
유방외과는 유방암 관련 과학 보급 및 교육 등 공익 활동에도 매우 중점을 두고 있으며, 2009년 10월 29일 '협화 핑크 정원' 공익 조직을 설립하였습니다. 이는 심리 상담을 통해 유방 질환 환자가 자신의 상태를 이해하고 신뢰를 높이며, 질병에 긍정적이고 낙관적인 태도로 대처하도록 돕기 위한 것입니다. 또한 유방 질환 예방을 중점으로 하여 '유방을 소중히 여기고 건강을 돌보자'는 이념을 사회에 널리 퍼뜨리고 있습니다. '협화 핑크 정원'은 정기적으로 활동을 개최하며, 환자들로부터 일관된 호평을 받고 있으며, 더 많은 환자들이 자원봉사자 대열에 합류하고 있습니다.
