과 소개 및 발전 과정
병원 비뇨기과는 1940년대에 설립되었습니다. 1950년대에 구소동, 오계평, 시석은 등 구세대 의학자들이 일정 규모의 전문과를 창립하였습니다. 1960년대부터 1980년대까지 유국진, 오덕청, 리미복 등의 전문가들이 이를 국내 유명 비뇨기과 전문 과실로 발전시켰습니다. 협화의 '엄격, 정밀, 근면, 헌신' 병원 교훈의 격려 아래, 여러 세대의 수십 년의 노력 끝에 현재는 부신 외과, 비뇨기 최소 침습 외과, 신장 이식, 비뇨기 남성 생식계 종양, 요로 결석, 일반 비뇨기과, 남과학 등 전문 분야를 갖춘 국내 일류 과실로 발전하였습니다.
현재 병원 비뇨기과는 3개의 병동을 운영하며, 병상 수는 110개(일반 병실 92개, 특수 병실 18개)입니다. 다양한 임상 검사 및 치료를 위한 선진적이고 완비된 검사, 검사 및 치료 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 다수의 복강경 수술 장비, 3D 복강경 장비, 로봇 복강경 수술 시스템 및 영상 통합 수술실 외에도 국내 일류의 방광경 검사 조영 장비, 요관 경경 및 연경, 경피 신장경, 2um 레이저, 1.9um 레이저, 홀뮴 레이저, EMS 쇄석기, 체외 충격파 쇄석기, 초음파 진단기, 영상 배뇨 역학 진단기, 전립선암 근거리 치료기, 성 기능 진단기, 생물 피드백 치료기 및 선진적인 관내 비뇨기과 진단 치료 장비를 보유하고 있습니다. 매년 4000명 이상의 입원 환자를 수용하며, 연간 수술량은 3900건에 달하고, 그 중 난이도 높은 복잡한 수술이 약 1/3을 차지합니다. 연간 외래 환자 수는 12만 명을 초과하며, 연간 외래 수술(방광경 검사 포함)은 4500건에 이릅니다. 환자의 편의를 위해 외래에는 남과학, 결석, 종양, 부신 외과 등 아전문 외래가 있습니다.
현재 과실에는 35명의 의사, 32명의 간호사, 3명의 기술자가 있습니다. 이 중 주임 의사 9명, 부주임 의사 10명, 주치의 12명, 인턴 의사 3명, 대학원생 10명이 있습니다. 현재 중화의학회 비뇨기과 분회 상임 위원 1명, 베이징 의학회 비뇨기과 분회 부주임 위원 1명, 중국 의사 협회 남과 의사 분회 부회장 1명, 베이징 의사 협회 남과 의사 분회 회장 1명, 베이징 의학 보상 재단 비뇨기과 전문가 위원회 주임 위원 1명, 베이징 종양학회 비뇨기 종양 전문 위원회 부주임 위원 1명, 기타 여러 학회 위원 다수; 《중화 비뇨기과 잡지》 편집위원 1명, 《중화 외과 잡지》 편집위원 1명, 《중화 남과학 잡지》 부편집장 1명 및 기타 여러 전문 잡지의 편집위원이 있습니다.
과실은 중국 협화 의과 대학의 비뇨기과 교육 임무를 맡고 있으며, 베이징시 인턴 의사 표준화 훈련 기지, 임상 박사후 유동 스테이션으로서 많은 우수한 인턴 의사 및 박사후 연구원을 양성하였습니다. 전국 기초 의료 기관 교육 기지로서 매년 전국 비뇨기과 의사들을 대상으로 합리적 약물 사용에 대한 단기 교육(LEAP)을 실시합니다. 또한, 국가 학위 위원회에서 국내 최초로 비뇨기과 박사 학위 수여 지점 중 하나로, 현재 6명의 박사 지도교수와 5명의 석사 지도교수가 있습니다. 최근 몇 년간 30명 이상의 박사 및 석사 연구생을 양성하였으며, 매년 6-8명의 박사 및 석사 학위 연구생을 모집하고 있으며, 현재 재직 중인 연구생은 10명입니다.
과실은 보건부 임상 중점 전문과로서 매년 여러 차례 전국 회의를 주최합니다. 보건부 과학 기술 진보상 1회, 중화 의학 과학 기술상 1회, 화샤 의학상 1회, 대학 연구 및 의료 성과상 20여 회를 수상하였으며, 다른 과실과 협력하여 국가 과학 기술 진보상을 1회 수상하였습니다. 국가 자연 과학 기금 등 여러 연구 과제를 보유하고 있습니다. 학술 수준을 중시하며, 연구 설계 및 학술 논문 발표를 장려하고 매년 국내 핵심 저널 및 SCI 논문을 30편 이상 발표하고 있습니다. 국가 발명 특허 5건을 보유하고 있습니다.
2017년 2월 22일, 중공 중앙 정치국 위원, 국무원 부총리 리우옌둥이 병원을 방문하였습니다. 리우옌둥 부총리와 위생계획위원회 리빈 주임 등이 협화 병원 비뇨기과 병동을 방문하여, 협화의 의료 서비스, 품질 관리 및 비용 통제, 병원 문화 건설 등에 대해 자세히 알아보았으며, 협화의 '환자를 가족처럼, 동료를 가족처럼 대하라'는 이념을 충분히 인정하였습니다. 또한 협화 병원이 의료 서비스, 품질 안전 관리, 의학 연구, 인재 양성, 의료 지원, 합리적 약물 사용 등에서의 경험을 충분히 인정하였습니다.
현재 병원 비뇨기과는 활기차고 단결된, 적극적인 팀으로, 최근 몇 년간 기쁜 강력한 발전세를 보이고 있습니다. 병원은 계속해서 우수한 프로젝트를 확장하고, 병원 전체 발전의 틀 안에서 혁신을 개척하며, 의료 기술과 서비스 품질을 지속적으로 향상시키고, 비뇨기과의 임상 및 기초 연구를 추진하며, 더 많은 전문 인재를 양성하여, 중국 의학사업에 협화 병원 비뇨기과가 기여할 수 있도록 할 것입니다.
