중환자 의학은 현대 의학의 신흥 학문으로, 의학 발전의 중요한 지표 중 하나입니다. 중환자 의학은 세계적으로 무에서 유로 발전해왔으며, 중국에서는 협화병원의 '엄격함과 정밀함, 근면과 헌신'의 정신을 계승하여 진덕창 교수님이 1982년에 국내 최초로 강화 의료 병동을 설립하고 중환자 의학을 체계적으로 소개하여 중국 중환자 의학의 가장 중요한 기초자이자 개척자가 되었습니다. 병원 강화 의료과는 중국에서 가장 중요한 중환자 의학 센터 중 하나로 자리잡았습니다.
수십 년의 풍파 속에서 병원의 강력한 의료, 교육, 연구 역량을 바탕으로, 과장님의 일관된 리더십 아래 모든 직원들의 끊임없는 노력으로 병원 강화 의료과는 무에서 유로, 소에서 대로, 미숙에서 성숙으로 발전하는 힘든 과정을 겪었습니다. 현재 병원 강화 의료과는 국내 중요한 중환자 의학 센터이자 의료 및 간호 지속 교육 센터로 자리잡았으며, 인재 계층이 완비되고 학술 수준이 뛰어나며 의료 기술이 정교하고 연구 역량이 강한 우수한 팀이 되었습니다. 의학, 교육, 연구가 통합된 중환자 의학 연구 센터로 국내외에서 높은 인지도를 가지고 있습니다.
ICU 과실 개요 및 규모:
ICU는 81명의 직원이 있으며, 그 중 의사 19명, 간호사 62명입니다. 정교수 1명, 국무원 특별 보조금을 받는 전문가 1명, 객원 교수 1명, 부교수 2명, 주치의 8명, 레지던트 8명입니다. 간호학 학부생 27명이며, 나머지는 모두 전문 간호학 이상 졸업자입니다.
ICU는 동단과 서단 두 병원 구역에 걸쳐 규범적으로 배치되어 있으며, 현대적인 양압 및 음압 층류 모니터링 유닛과 국제적으로 선진화된 생명 지원 장비를 갖추고 있습니다. 또한 동원 구역에는 국제적으로 선진화된 디지털 병실이 있어 환자에게 더 정확하고 편리하며 신속한 서비스를 제공합니다.
ICU에 입원하는 환자의 90%는 협화 병원의 각 임상 과에서 오며, 일부 환자는 외부 병원(본시 또는 외성)에서 옵니다. 바쁜 업무 속에서 여러 세대의 의사들이 함께 노력하여 수많은 급성 중증 환자를 구출하였고, 여러 가지 진단 및 치료 계획을 정리하여 의료 수준이 지속적으로 향상되고 있습니다.

전국 중환자 의학 전문 분야 평판 순위 제2위. 학문적 기초를 다진 진덕창 교수님이 중국 최초의 중환자실(ICU)을 설립하였습니다. 2025년에는 전 병원의 우수한 중환자 자원을 통합하여 중환자 의학 센터를 설립하고, 여러 국가의 주요 공공 보건 사건 및 극심한 중환자 치료에서 중추적인 역할을 수행하고 있습니다.
