診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院の外科は、先代の外科医である曾宪九教授と鐘守先教授の指導と努力の下、1950年代に肝臓手術を開始し、国内で最も早く肝臓切除手術を行った病院の一つです。その後、基本外科の肝臓専門グループを基に肝臓外科センターへと発展し、現在は独立した肝臓外科として持続的な建設と発展を遂げています。
元衛生部副部長の黄潔夫教授が科室の名誉主任を務めています。黄教授は国際的にも著名な肝臓外科の専門家であり、1990年代中期の国内第二次肝移植ブームの推進者として認識されています。彼は中国器官移植委員会（OTC）の主任委員であり、アメリカ肝臓移植協会の終身会員でもあります。ハーバード大学、スタンフォード大学、マサチューセッツ工科大学などの客員教授としても知られています。彼は長年にわたり肝臓移植及び肝胆悪性腫瘍の外科研究に従事し、深い学問的造詣を持ち、肝臓の難易度の高い手術及び重症の診断治療に優れています。
当院の肝臓外科の首席専門家は鐘守先教授であり、彼は国内外科界で高い評価を受けている先輩です。近半世紀にわたる外科のキャリアの中で、多くの外科的奇跡を創出し、業界内で語り草となっています。鐘教授は早年に旧ソ連のハリコフ医科大学を卒業し、その後アメリカのハーバード大学マサチューセッツ総合病院及びジョンズ・ホプキンズ病院で外科を学びました。彼は長年にわたり臨床の第一線で活動しており、堅実で広範な理論基盤と豊富な臨床経験を持ち、手術技術に優れています。腹部外科の様々な難病及び術後の重篤な合併症の処理に熟練しており、肝胆膵外科において深い造詣を持ち、特に中国における膵臓及び肝臓外科の発展に大きく貢献しています。70年代末には曾宪九主任の直接の関心の下、協和医院に国内初の膵臓外科を設立しました。鐘教授は国際外科学会の中国会員代表としても活動しており、彼の直接の指導の下で協和医院で初の肝移植手術が行われました。彼は『中華外科雑誌』や『中華普通外科雑誌』など、国内外の多くの外科専門雑誌の編集委員、常務編集委員、副主編、顧問などを務めています。近年、彼は『黄家驷外科学』、『現代胃腸病学』、『臨床膵臓病学』、『外科臨床ガイド』、『腹部救急学』など、約20種の外科専門書の執筆に参加し、『膵臓外科』及び『膵臓外科学』の主編を務めています。現在、中央保健グループのメンバーとして国家特別手当を享受しています。
