診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院は1972年に超音波診断専門グループを設立し、1986年に超音波医学科を正式に設立しました。これは中国で最も早く設立された超音波医学科の一つです。初代科長には張缙熙教授が就任し、その後の科長には程玉芳教授、姜玉新教授、戴晴教授、李建初教授（現任）がいます。特に姜玉新教授は15年間にわたり超音波科の主任を務め、当院の超音波医学科に多大な貢献をしました。中华医学会超声医学分会の5人の主任委員のうち2人は当院の超音波医学科から選出されており、彼らは張缙熙教授と姜玉新教授です。姜玉新教授は第5回及び第6回主任委員を連続して務め、現在は第9回主任委員を務めています。
当院の超音波医学科は国家重点学科であり、博士課程、修士課程、及び国家超音波医学専門の研修医育成基地です。全科には正教授7名、副教授16名、主治医9名、研修医12名、臨床ポスドク3名が在籍しています。現在、博士課程の指導教員は3名、修士課程の指導教員は10名です。35歳以下の若手医師の90%は博士号を持つか、在職中の博士または修士課程の学生です。科の設備や機器は優れており、ほぼすべての世界トップクラスの超音波診断機器及び介入治療機器を備えています。科の医療実力は強力で、現在の超音波診断及び介入治療は国内で先進的、国際的にも一流の水準にあり、年間の検査件数は50万人を超え、穿刺介入件数は約7000件に達しています。高官の健康管理や外国人医療などの重要な医療任務も担っています。
当院の超音波医学科は国内外の学術交流と協力を重視しており、重大な国内外の会議を何度も主催・共催し、国内外の多くの病院と友好的な協力関係を築いています。これにより、学科の発展を促進し、超音波新技術の中国での普及や超音波医師の技術向上に卓越した貢献をしています。2004年初頭には国際乳腺超音波学校と協力して国際乳腺超音波セミナーを開催し、2004年末には当院で世界医学超音波と生物学会の教育研修会を成功裏に開催しました。2010年には北京で国際婦人科超音波学会の研修会を行いました。さらに、当院の超音波医学科は継続教育を重視しており、中国で最も早い超音波研修基地の一つです。1995年にはアメリカのフィラデルフィアにあるトーマス・ジェファーソン病院と協力して、当院に北京協和-アメリカジェファーソン超音波教育研修センターを設立しました。2002年には超音波医学科が北京協和-アメリカフィリップス高解像度デジタル超音波イメージングセンターを設立し、2003年には超音波医学科が超音波造影剤及び超音波造影臨床研修基地を設立しました。2007年には科内に超音波教育ウェブサイトSonoworld中国サイトを開設し、中国の超音波医師に強力な学術指導と支援を提供しました。2014年には上級研修班育成プロジェクトを開始し、毎年研修生と共に入院しています。2017年には協和-GE ABUS標準化遠隔読影センターを設立し、マサチューセッツ総合病院やスタンフォード大学などと長期的な協力交流関係を築いています。また、チベットや遠隔地域の超音波医学科の建設を長期にわたり支援し、定期的に協和-チベット超音波医学学術フォーラムを開催しています。
