診療科紹介と発展の歴史
当院のリウマチ免疫科は、中国におけるリウマチ学の専門的発展と人材育成の最初の基地の一つとして、1980年の設立以来、医療、研究、教育を統合し、リウマチ学の診断治療レベルを向上させ、国内のリウマチ学の発展を推進してきました。科は、研究を先導とし、教育を基盤とし、医療を根本とする発展理念を確立し、業務を展開しています。現在、科には46名のスタッフが在籍し、その中には老舗の専門家3名、国家人事部留学帰国者研究基金（海外を含む）受賞者4名、政府特別手当専門家3名、主任医師11名、博士課程指導教員12名、副主任医師10名、修士課程指導教員12名、高級職称24名、中級職称15名、各種専門技術者22名がいます。40歳以下の若手医師の100％が博士号を有し、80％が西側先進国の研究室での研修経験を持っています。
科は、全国学会での役職を持つ医師が10名おり、中华医学会リウマチ学分会の主任委員、候補主任委員、中国医師協会リウマチ免疫科医師分会の会長、副会長などを含んでいます。科の年間外来患者数は13万人を超え、68床を有し、全国各地の重症難治性リウマチ患者にサービスを提供しています。また、中国のリウマチ病の普及と向上を促進するため、設立以来、毎年多様な形式のリウマチ学講習会や学術会議を開催し、多くのリウマチ学専門書を編纂し、臨床のニーズに基づいた科学研究を行い、顕著な成果を上げています。これは、国家教育委員会のリウマチ学博士号授与ポイント、リウマチ免疫内科の博士後期研修ステーション、国家教育委員会のリウマチ学重点学科、衛生部の研修医教育基地、国家級リウマチ免疫科専門の継続教育基地、国家級リウマチ薬物臨床試験基地、教育部重点実験室などの役割を果たし、全国に多くのリウマチ学の専門人材を育成しています。
復旦大学病院管理研究所が発表した「中国病院ベスト専門科評判ランキング」において、リウマチ免疫科は長期にわたり全国首位を維持し、中国病院科学技術量値（STEM）リウマチ学ランキングでも常に上位に位置しています。近年、国家によるリウマチ免疫病への投資が徐々に増加しており、SLE科学支援計画/863プロジェクト、自己免疫疾患新薬臨床評価研究技術プラットフォームの科学重大特別プロジェクト、衛生計画委員会の業界研究特別プロジェクトなどの支援を受け、病院が主導し、全国の約800のリウマチ病診療センターと連携して、全身性エリテマトーデス研究協力グループ（CSTAR）および国家リウマチ病データセンター（CRDC）の研究ネットワークを初歩的に形成しました。国内のリウマチ病研究協力組織として先駆的な役割を果たし、中国リウマチ病情報データベース、生物サンプルバンク（CRIP）、標準化トレーニングおよび多職種交流プラットフォーム（CREP）を構築し、中国のリウマチ学界における多中心協力研究を開始し、リウマチ学界の標準化診療コンセンサスを発表しました。科は、数十件の国家および部委の研究課題を担当または参加し、多くの国際的および国内の多中心臨床研究および高品質の単中心臨床研究を主導し、数百篇のSCI収録論文を発表し、リウマチ免疫病分野の臨床診断および治療ガイドラインを策定しました。これまでに、12件の国家および省部級の賞を受賞し、3件の国家科学技術進歩賞を含む学術専門書を多く出版しました。これにより、国際的な一流水準に合致した全国規模の多中心自己免疫病臨床研究を行うための堅固な基盤が築かれました。
