أولاً، مقدمة عن الوضع الأساسي للقسم: يتم تقسيم تخصص النساء والتوليد في المستشفى إلى مجموعات: التوليد، النساء العامة، أورام النساء، الغدد الصماء التناسلية، تنظيم الأسرة، وسرطان المشيمة. كل مجموعة تخصصية يقودها أستاذ، ويتم استشارة خبراء مشهورين ذوي خبرة؛ وقد تم تشكيل خصائص واضحة لكل مجموعة، مع اتجاهات بحث محددة؛ ولديها إنجازات فريدة. منذ عام 1994، أصبح المركز الوطني للبحث مركز تعاون بحثي في مجال التكاثر البشري التابع لمنظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO)، وفي عام 2001 تم تسميته كمركز أبحاث النساء والتوليد للين تشياو تشي من قبل وزارة الصحة، وفي عام 2003 تم تعيينه كمركز للتشخيص قبل الولادة الوطني، وفي عام 2014 أصبح المركز الوطني لأبحاث الأمراض النسائية والتوليد. حاليًا، يعد هذا التخصص جزءًا من قسم النساء والتوليد في جامعة بكين للطب، وقاعدة التجارب السريرية للأدوية الجديدة في قسم النساء والتوليد وتنظيم الأسرة من وزارة الصحة.

(1) التوليد: متخصصون في التعامل مع حالات الحمل المعقدة والحرجة، وقد أنشأنا وحدة العناية المركزة (ICU) للحوامل عالية المخاطر ووحدة العناية المركزة (ICU) لحديثي الولادة، مما ساهم في تقليل معدلات الوفيات بين الأمهات وحديثي الولادة. قمنا بإنشاء أول مختبر للتشخيص قبل الولادة في الصين، حيث بحثنا وطورنا مجموعة كاملة من طرق أخذ العينات الجنينية: بزل السلى، خزعة الزغابات المشيمية عبر البطن، بزل الوريد السري، وفحص المنظار الجنيني. كما قمنا بتطوير وتطبيق تقنيات جديدة: إعداد الكروموسومات من الدم المحيطي، إعداد الكروموسومات من السائل الأمنيوسي، إعداد الكروموسومات من الزغابات المشيمية، الفحص قبل الولادة، تشخيص بعض الأمراض الوراثية، فحص المؤشرات الكيميائية لبعض الأمراض الأيضية، وتحليل الخلايا من الدم المحيطي والسائل الأمنيوسي والزغابات المشيمية.
(2) أورام النساء: قمنا بإنشاء وتحسين نظام مراقبة الجودة وتقييم قسم أورام النساء. قمنا بتطوير وتعميم معايير التشخيص والعلاج لأورام النساء. تحسين وتطوير الجراحة - الجراحة بالحد الأدنى من التدخل؛ شخصية وإنسانية؛ مع الحفاظ على القدرة على الإنجاب. قمنا بتنظيم العديد من الدراسات السريرية متعددة المراكز على مستوى البلاد. تطوير وابتكار علاج أورام الأنسجة المغذية أثناء الحمل. وإجراء العديد من الأبحاث الأساسية حول أورام النساء.
(3) النساء العامة: أجرينا أبحاثًا حول آلية حدوث بطانة الرحم المهاجرة والعلاج السريري؛ أبحاث أساسية وسريرية حول اضطرابات وظيفة قاع الحوض لدى النساء؛ قمنا بإجراء أبحاث سريرية واسعة وعميقة حول التنظير الداخلي وأبحاث الجراحة بالحد الأدنى من التدخل؛ العلاج القياسي لتغيرات عنق الرحم، حيث استخدمنا لأول مرة تقنية علم الخلايا السائلة الرقيقة، ونظام تقرير TBS، واختبار HC-II للكشف عن فيروس الورم الحليمي البشري (HPV) لفحص تغيرات عنق الرحم؛ اقترحنا نموذج "الخطوات الثلاث" لتشخيص تغيرات عنق الرحم؛ واستكشفنا بعمق قيمة استئصال مخروط عنق الرحم في تشخيص وعلاج التغيرات النسيجية في عنق الرحم.
(4) الغدد الصماء النسائية: أنشأنا مركز صحة المرأة، حيث نعالج عددًا كبيرًا من حالات ضعف وظيفة المبيض، واضطرابات الدورة الشهرية، واضطرابات الوظيفة التناسلية، وأمراض ما حول انقطاع الطمث، واضطرابات النمو الجنسي. أنشأنا مركز المساعدة على الإنجاب، حيث وضعنا خطط تحفيز الإباضة السريرية الأكثر فعالية وملاءمة، مما أدى إلى زيادة معدلات الحمل بالتلقيح الصناعي بشكل مستمر؛ قمنا بتطوير تقنيات زراعة الأجنة وتجميد الأجنة؛ تحسين العلاج الجراحي للأمراض مثل العقم واضطرابات النمو الجنسي؛ وإجراء العديد من الدراسات السريرية متعددة المراكز للأدوية الجديدة.
(5) تنظيم الأسرة: قمنا بتوسيع نطاق عمليات تنظيم الأسرة تدريجيًا - العمليات بالمنظار مثل الحمل خارج الرحم، إزالة اللولب المهاجر، استئصال الملحقات واستئصال الرحم بالكامل؛ العمليات بالمنظار: إزالة الأجسام الغريبة، إزالة اللولب المتبقي/الملتصق، إزالة الأورام الحميدة والأورام الليفية تحت المخاطية؛ الإجهاض، الإجهاض الطبي، إزالة اللولب، زراعة تحت الجلد وإزالته، جراحة تعقيم قناتي فالوب (فتح البطن والمنظار)، وإعادة فتح قناتي فالوب، مع التركيز على تطوير البحث العلمي لدعم التطورات السريرية.
قمنا بتنفيذ وإكمال مشروع "التكنولوجيا العلمية الوطنية الخامسة عشرة"، والذي يركز على تطبيق تقنيات الشبكات في التعليم في قسم النساء والتوليد. أنشأنا شبكة تعليمية في قسم النساء والتوليد بالمستشفى (WWW.PUMCH-OBGYN) (2005)، وحصلنا على لقب "دورة متميزة على مستوى الجامعة" من جامعة بكين للطب (2007)، و"دورة نموذجية للتعليم الثنائي اللغة على مستوى البلاد" (2008)، و"دورة متميزة في بكين (قسم النساء والتوليد)" (2009)، و"دورة متميزة على مستوى البلاد (قسم النساء والتوليد)" (2009) وغيرها من الألقاب.
